13 Health Tips For Bloggers

Health is very important. Think about it. Why do you work? You work, fundamentally, to maintain and improve your own life and the lives of your family. Many of us are so obsessed with work that makes us forget the health, so do not forget to do something that makes our bodies healthy.
As a blogger, then health is the most important thing, how can produce a good product if health is not cared for, for you will have the motivation to act and more productive with satisfactory results. Your ability to enjoy and interact with others will increase. Did you find the feeling lethargic? Do you find yourself feeling depressed? This is a sign that the body indicates something is wrong. These signs should be dealt with seriously, you have to take action. Use the most effective time to consider your own body's health and your mind will be clear.
  1. Before you drink coffee in the morning, drink a glass of water (water supply remains stable on your desk). This will help minimize the negative effects of drinking coffee.
  2. Stop before the internet and play activities to do in advance disconnet if necessary and do 20 minutes on foot
  3. Every two hours you do on the open road, can be backyard or the street around you. term is jogging or walking in the street
  4. Eat small meals every 2-3 hours, could be chocolate, snacks, or whatever kind of snacks ..
  5. If you can not sleep, take a sleeping pill. Sleep is important for overall health. Make sure to not take sleeping pills for more than 3 consecutive days.
  6. If you feel lethargic, moving from place to sit and do push-ups.
  7. If your mind to feel nervous, it may be because you have too much coffee. Drinking Water and breathe fresh air outside can dipekarangan home, or other open space.
  8. If you feel depressed or sad, soon make friends in IM or a private forum to talk to someone and give it to him. It does wonders.

  10. Had sex at least once every 3 months (for those who are married are not married please hold first and find other positive activities). I'm dead serious about this. important for mental and physical stability.
  11. Try Detoxing the body for a week. If I feel so bad physically, I use two principles: A) Drink only water instead of alcohol and B) Eat only fruits, vegetables and nuts
  12. Skin that is always exposed to the sun in the morning. because the morning sun is good for skin health. unfortunately when the morning sun passed away.
  13. With a healthy soul and a fresh body will produce good work and great demand by visitors. Be a good blogger.
